Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations, building a strong team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. You’ll run shifts, coach staff, and maintain service standards across all customer interactions.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, a proactive coaching style, and a track record of resolving conflicts while optimizing labor and throughput.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or shift-management experience.
• Real-time coaching and talent development.
• Ability to address team conflicts constructively.
• Operate labor, scheduling and throughput efficiently.
• Customer-first mindset under pressure.
• Comfortable reading daily metrics and acting on them.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Car wash/QSR/retail/hospitality background is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations; support staffing and site performance.
• Build a high-performing team through recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Coach and develop talent with real-time feedback.
• Address team conflicts promptly and constructively.
• Set service standards for fast, friendly experiences.
• Track daily metrics and act to improve results.
• Manage site operations independently when the Site Manager is out.
• Keep equipment and wash processes at peak performance.
