El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to drive daily operations, build and coach a high-performing team, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, and site metrics, stepping up when the Site Manager isn’t present.

A strong customer focus and hands-on leadership are essential. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, the ability to coach in real time, and comfort with reading daily metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business or related field is a plus.
• Proven supervisory or shift-management experience.
• Strong ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and staffing across shifts.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Provide real-time feedback and develop talent.
• Address conflicts promptly and maintain a positive culture.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer experiences and track metrics.
• Manage labor, inventory, and equipment to drive results.
• When Site Manager is away, lead the site confidently.
