El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager — driving daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring every customer experience is top-tier. When the SM isn't present, you're in charge — and you don't need to be asked.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance, while recruiting and developing a reliable, high-performing team that delivers fast, friendly experiences.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Experience supervising or managing shifts is required.
• Strong coaching skills with a focus on development.
• Ability to handle conflicts constructively and promptly.
• Sharp operations mindset: labor, scheduling, throughput.
• Customer-first approach, even under pressure.
• Comfort with reading and acting on daily metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations, staffing, and site performance.
• Build and onboard a reliable, high-performing team.
• Coach and develop staff, giving real-time feedback.
• Address team conflict head-on and resolve issues.
• Set and maintain fast, friendly service standards.
• Track sales, labor, inventory, and equipment metrics.
• Hold the site when the Site Manager is absent.
• Keep wash equipment operational and ready for daily use.
