Job summary

El Car Wash in Avon Park, FL is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the Site Manager's right hand, driving daily operations, developing the team, and delivering top-tier customer experiences.

You will lead shifts, recruit and onboard, coach staff, monitor metrics, ensure safety and compliance, and keep equipment and service standards at peak performance. This hands-on leadership role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance; you model the standard for the team.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Strong real-time coaching ability and people development.
• Ability to address team conflict constructively and promptly.
• Operationally sharp with labor, scheduling and throughput.
• Customer-first mindset under pressure.
• Able to read daily metrics and act on them.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and support staffing and site performance.
• Build a winning team through recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Coach and develop talent with real-time feedback.
• Handle conflict head-on and address culture issues promptly.
• Set the service standard for fast, friendly, flawless experiences.
• Drive performance by tracking sales, labor, inventory, and equipment.
• Hold the site when the Site Manager is out.
• Keep the wash equipment operational and ready for peak performance.
