GO Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run a busy car wash site. You will support the Site General Manager in daily operations and ensure a consistent, excellent car wash experience for customers.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop teammates, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service. This outdoor, active role offers growth and benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business preferred.
• Car wash experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations.
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop teammates to perform their roles well.
• Uphold safety standards, inventory, equipment, site and service quality; address customer claims.
