El Car Wash LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to act as the right hand to the Site Manager. You will drive daily operations, develop your team, and ensure top-notch customer experiences.

When the Site Manager is away, you lead the site with confidence and calm, keeping performance on track and the wash running smoothly. You will monitor labor, scheduling, throughput, and equipment, delivering consistent results across shifts.

Qualifications

• Background in car wash, QSR, retail or hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations and staffing for each shift.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to build a reliable team.
• Provide real-time feedback and develop talent to grow future leaders.
• Address team conflicts directly and promptly.
• Set service standards and deliver fast, friendly experiences.
