El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to serve as the right hand to the Site Manager, guiding daily operations, developing the team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. You will run shifts when the Site Manager is away and lead the team with a hands-on, results-focused approach.

With strong supervisory and coaching skills, you will recruit, onboard, schedule, and monitor metrics to drive performance. A customer-first mindset and flexible availability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Strong real-time coaching ability.
• Demonstrated ability to handle team conflict constructively.
• Operationally sharp—manage labor, scheduling, and throughput.
• Customer-first mindset, even under pressure.
• Comfortable reading daily metrics and taking action based on them.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and support daily staffing and site performance.
• Build a winning team by supporting recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Coach and develop talent with real-time feedback and growth opportunities.
• Address team conflict and culture issues directly and promptly.
• Set service standards to deliver fast, friendly, and flawless experiences.
• Track daily metrics (sales, labor, inventory, equipment) and take corrective actions.
• Hold the site independently when the Site Manager is out and lead calmly.
• Keep the car wash equipment operational and well-maintained.

Education
