Job summary

El Car Wash LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the Site Manager's right hand, driving daily operations, developing a winning team, and delivering fast, friendly, and flawless experiences for every customer. In this hands-on role you’ll run shifts when management isn’t present, recruit and onboard staff, coach for growth, resolve conflicts, and set the service standard.

You’ll monitor sales, labor, inventory, and equipment to drive results and maintain peak performance.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and accountability on shift coverage.
• Prior supervisory or shift-management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to coach and develop team members in real time.
• Constructive handling of team conflict and culture issues.
• Operational focus: manage labor, scheduling, throughput.
• Customer-first mindset under pressure to keep service top tier.
• Comfort reading and acting on daily performance metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
