Job summary

El Car Wash LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to serve as the right hand to the Site Manager, guiding daily operations and developing a high-performing team on site in Florida. You’ll manage staffing, coaching, and scheduling to ensure fast, friendly customer experiences.

When the Site Manager is away, you’ll lead with calm decisiveness, monitor key metrics, handle conflicts, and uphold service standards while maintaining equipment and safety protocols across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Strong real-time coaching and talent development.
• Ability to handle team conflict constructively and promptly.
• Operationally sharp: manage labor, scheduling, and throughput.
• Customer-first mindset, even under pressure.
• Comfortable reading daily metrics and taking action on them.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations when the Site Manager is not present.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to build a reliable team.
• Coach and develop talent to grow future leaders within EL.
• Address team conflict and culture issues directly and promptly.
• Set the service standard to deliver fast, friendly, flawless experiences.
• Track daily metrics (sales, labor, inventory, equipment) and act to improve results.
• Keep the wash site running safely and at peak performance.
