El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to act as the right hand to the Site Manager, running daily operations, developing the team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. You will lead shifts, manage staffing, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
You will train and coach staff, handle conflicts, monitor daily metrics, and keep equipment in peak condition. This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays availability and a strong customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- At least supervisory or shift-management experience.
- Strong coaching and people development skills.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day operations and staffing to keep the site running smoothly.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to build a high-performing team.
- Provide real-time feedback and develop future leaders within the site.
