Job summary

El Car Wash LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will cover shifts when the Site Manager is away, help recruit and schedule staff, and maintain peak site performance.

You’ll analyze daily metrics on sales, labor, inventory, and equipment to drive improvements, address conflicts, and deliver consistent, top-tier service. A high school diploma is required; a business degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations when the Site Manager is absent.
