Job summary

El Car Wash, Llc is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Miami, FL to act as the right hand to the Site Manager, running daily operations, guiding staff, and delivering top-tier customer experiences. You’ll own staffing, coaching, and performance metrics across shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people skills, and the ability to operate independently when the Site Manager is away; a high school diploma is expected, with preferred business studies.

• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Strong real-time coaching and people development.
• Ability to address team conflict constructively.
• Operational proficiency in labor, scheduling, and throughput.
• Customer-first mindset under pressure.
• Ability to read daily metrics and act on them.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and staffing to keep the site performing.
• Recruit, onboard, and schedule a reliable, high-performing team.
• Coach and develop talent with real-time feedback to build future leaders.
• Handle conflict directly and promptly to maintain a positive culture.
• Set the service standard for fast, friendly customer experiences.
• Track daily metrics (sales, labor, inventory, equipment) and act to improve results.
• Hold the site independently when the Site Manager is absent.
• Ensure wash equipment is operational and well-maintained.
