Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily shop operations, coach a fast-paced team, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will step in as Manager on Duty as needed, lead by example, and participate in paid training and clear career growth paths within Take 5. Automotive experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide direction and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when needed and ensure safe, efficient service.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support inventory checks.
