Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced automotive service team. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, coaching staff, enforcing safety standards, and driving efficient service. Automotive experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months of experience leading or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, team development, and customer experience.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Support shop performance and communicate effectively with the team.
