Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and delivering a smooth, friendly customer experience.

Automotive experience is valued but not required, and paid training is provided. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, helping the team stay focused while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty by coordinating workflow and helping the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs professionally.
