Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and delivering a fast, friendly customer experience. You will step in as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring the shop runs safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months' experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and fast, friendly customer experience.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed, helping the team stay focused while keeping the shop safe and efficient.
• Train new team members, provide real-time coaching and feedback, reinforce expectations, and recognize strong performance.
• Perform Certified Technician and Lead Technician responsibilities and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and adjustments and support shop communication and follow-up.
