Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor in Jacksonville. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, staff development, and delivering a fast, friendly customer experience.

Automotive experience is valued but not required; we provide paid training and a clear path from Pit Tech to President. Join a company that promotes from within and cares about safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following facility and safety policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills and comfort providing direction, coaching, and feedback.
• Reliable transportation to and from your work location.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Step in as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and resolve concerns.
• Ensure services are completed accurately and safely, reinforcing procedures and standards.
• Train new team members and coach performance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and reporting.
