Automotive experience is valued but not required. The role offers hands-on training, opportunities for internal promotion, and a clear growth path from technician roles to leadership positions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• 6+ months experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following safety and facility policies.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Step in as Manager on Duty to coordinate workflow and ensure safety and quality.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Ensure services are completed accurately and in line with procedures and standards.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
