Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager who is career-minded, enjoys working with people, and is ready to help lead a fast-paced team.

You’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a friendly customer experience. Automotive experience is valued but not required; paid, hands-on training is provided. This position offers growth into leadership with strong performance, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. We provide opportunities across the country.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Ability to follow facility and safety policies.
• Strong communication skills for directing and coaching team.
• Initiative and accountability in busy periods.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while following safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory counts.
• Support shop communications and follow-up.
