Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 6 months' experience leading or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and staff development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Model friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
