Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance experience; supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools; diagnostic equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to train and motivate team members.
