Billingsley-Company is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in overseeing maintenance operations across its properties. You will lead a team to complete make-readies, repairs, and preventative maintenance while ensuring safety and high quality standards.

The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including scheduling, vendor reviews, and coordination with Property/Portfolio Managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance experience; supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools; diagnostic equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to train and motivate team members.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure safe, functional properties.
