Qualifications

• EPA Certified (Universal preferred).
• 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance staff.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs.
• Manage budgets and vendors.
• Ensure work order completion.
• Support capital projects.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
