Billingsley Company is seeking an Assistant Make Ready Manager for their multifamily operations. You will work closely with the Senior Make Ready Manager to ensure vacant units are turned on schedule and up to the company’s standards, while leading and coaching the technician team.

You will cover the full scope during absences, peak seasons, and transitions, balancing hands-on maintenance with quality control and staff development to uphold resident experience and property standards.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; trade certs preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification is required.
• 3–5 years in multifamily maintenance/make-ready or similar role; supervisory exp is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality control inspections and unit turnover walkthroughs.
• Provide hands-on coaching to Make Ready Technicians and lead by example.
• Coordinate with Senior Make Ready Manager on staffing and vendor coordination.
• Maintain shop and equipment, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
