Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Service Manager to lead a 216‑unit community and ensure maintenance meets company standards and laws. The role requires diagnosing issues, mentoring a maintenance team, and establishing clear on-call and preventive schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 1-year certificate or 2–4 years related experience, with HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred. On-site work Monday–Friday with on-call duties and emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance knowledge.
• 1-year certificate or 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and guide repairs with the team.
• Develop and mentor technicians across trades.
• Establish and manage 24-hour on-call coverage for emergencies.
• Organize inventory of maintenance materials.
• Create on-call, preventive, and work-order schedules.
• Inspect community buildings and vacant units.
