Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two‑year college or technical school recommended.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and enforce safety policies.
• Carry out duties of Assistant Manager and lead the team.
• Learn VIP processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Communicate effectively with the team through daily huddles and meetings.
• Manage dispatching of work orders to technicians using first‑available rule.
