Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations across service bays, front counter, and back office. You will lead by example, coach technicians and advisors, and help schedule coverage during busy periods while upholding safety and brand standards.

The role emphasizes customer experience, fast service, and high-quality workmanship. A high school diploma, 1+ years in leadership, and valid driver’s license are required; ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Cash handling and basic math skills; experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations with the Store Manager in absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Schedule team coverage during peak hours and seasons.
• Onboard new team members on service procedures and customer service standards.
• Greet customers and explain services to drive trust and repeat business.
• Maintain clean, organized shop and customer areas per brand standards.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and KPIs to meet store goals.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with all regulations.
