• Minimum of two years’ experience in service department management.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude
• Must have good leadership skills.
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and commitment.
• Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in assessing present and future needs, trends, problems, and profit opportunities of the Service Department.
• Ensure policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively communicated within the department.
• Review and appraise the results of activities within the department and take appropriate action.
• Maintain communication within and between all departments within the branch.
• Develop and maintain policies and practices to ensure positive customer relations.
• Coordinate warranty claims with the Warranty Manager and manage amendments for customer, dealership, and vendor.
• Provide daily supervision of Foremen.
• Address customer complaints with the Service Manager to resolve before vehicle release.
• Monitor RO’s daily and guide closing of repair orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
