Holman Honda Centennial is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to drive service satisfaction, boost department profitability, and coordinate Service Advisors and office staff.

You will mentor team members, monitor performance indicators, assist with interviews and reviews, manage scheduling and expenses, and help ensure smooth service operations. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive service experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities preferred.
• Experience coordinating service staff and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to Service Manager when needed.
• Support Service Advisors and fill in during absences or overloads.
• Assist with training new hires and staff development.
• Monitor staff schedules, breaks, and team performance.
• Assist with interviews, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Track performance indicators and control service-drive costs.
• Help with payroll, closing and lockup duties, and expense monitoring.
