Holman is seeking a Service Advisor for Leith Honda to join their team. You will act as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department by maintaining customer satisfaction as well as performing the following duties:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related sales experience and/or training preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work retail hours and operate a computer.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Serve as liaison between Service and Parts to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide accurate service estimates and completion times.
• Communicate effectively to secure repairs and maintenance.
• Explain warranty and service/insurance policies as needed.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle prognosis and progress.
• Schedule appointments and answer calls promptly.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
