Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and complaints referring to the Service Manager when necessary
• Track customer alerts via Quick Touch and Viewpoint, plus internet leads
• Assist Service Advisors by covering for absences during overloads
• Provide training support for new hires
• Maintain staffing levels at advisor, office, service drive and carwash areas
• Coach and counsel employees on performance, and provide feedback
• Assist the Service Manager with reviews and disciplinary actions
• Assist with interviews for new hires
• Monitor performance indicators for service advisors
• Review cash tickets daily for upsell and accuracy; assist payroll as needed
• Help monitor Service Department expenses
• Assist with closing and lockup duties
