Holman Enterprises, a family-owned, global automotive services organization, invites you to join AutoPark Honda as a Service Advisor. You will prepare estimates, sell maintenance services, schedule appointments, and ensure a superior customer experience from start to finish.

You will coordinate repairs, provide detailed cost analyses, and keep customers informed while delivering outstanding service aligned with dealership policies and Holman’s standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service advisor or express service advisor preferred.
• Ability to explain maintenance and repair options clearly to customers.
• Strong communication and follow-up to keep customers informed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare service estimates and sell maintenance/repairs.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones while collecting payments.
• Communicate with customers during repair and coordinate transportation if needed.
• Provide accurate repair orders and cost estimates.
