Job summary

Holman Honda Centennial seeks a Shop Foreman to lead technicians in the service department, supervising daily workflow, onboarding, and development. You will ensure quality control, warranty adherence, and coordination with service advisors, dispatch, and parts staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong communication to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction in a busy auto shop environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in the automotive field as a technician.
• Experience in service principles, concepts and service department operations.
• Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Current ASE Certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and assist with the development of technicians in the workshop.
• Monitor and manage OEM certification and Holman training for each technician.
• Maintain inventory and readiness of special tools and equipment.
• Partner with regional TDA to assist with onboarding and career development for technicians.
• Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel, Technicians, Warranty Administration and clients.
• Maintain close contact with OEM field technical service support personnel.
• Ensure quality control inspections and road tests are completed as applicable post repairs.
• Ensure adhesion to warranty policies and procedures.
• Assign jobs according to technician/team skillset and workload requirements.
• Manage team goals, metrics, KPI's, work volume.
