Job summary

Holman Honda Centennial in Centennial, CO is looking for a Shop Foreman to lead a skilled service team in a busy dealership environment. You will supervise technicians, mentor their development, and ensure adherence to OEM certifications and Holman training programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Service Manager, Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts, Warranty, and clients; maintaining tools and equipment; and driving quality inspections, road tests, and warranty compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in the automotive field as a technician.
• Experience with service principles, concepts and shop operations.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to use dealership management systems (DMS) and reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor technicians in the workshop.
• Monitor OEM certification and Holman training.
• Maintain inventory and readiness of tools.
• Coordinate with Service Manager, Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts, Warranty, and clients.
• Ensure quality inspections and road tests.
• Enforce warranty policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop team; participate in evaluations.
• Drive team KPIs and workload management.
