Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager in Mankato, MN. You will be the right hand of the Service Center Manager, leading a high-performance team, supervising hourly staff, and ensuring company policies are executed consistently.

You’ll advise, train, and motivate the team, while delivering on Valvoline’s trusted service experience to guests and maintaining a safe, efficient center.

Qualificações

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environment.
• Customer service mindset and ability to build loyalty while following procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and sound judgment under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
• Schedule flexibility including weekend availability.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform oil changes and maintenance services, educate guests on maintenance requirements and ensure recommended services are reviewed.
• Supervise daily operations of the service center and train new team members.
• Build trust and win repeat customers by ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly schedules and manage coverage and labor laws.
• Assist with inventory processes and scheduling orders.
• Assist with store audits and maintain a clean, safe service center environment.
• Open and close the service center and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Lead and train the team to develop their skills.
