Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead a high‑performing team and oversee service operations on the floor. You will train and supervise hourly staff, ensure adherence to policies, and focus on delivering a fast, friendly guest experience.

You will manage schedule creation, coordinate maintenance services, assist with inventory, and support audits, while building customer loyalty and ensuring safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience required (coaching, training, and supervising a team)
• Customer service mindset with ability to build loyalty
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to make sound judgments under pressure
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance, trends, and identify improvements
• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
