Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead a high-performance team at our Northfield, MN location. You will be the right hand of the Service Center Manager, guiding hourly staff and ensuring our fast, trusted service standards are consistently met.

You’ll train and supervise team members, manage weekly schedules, help with inventory, and uphold safety and cleanliness while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience required (coaching, training, and supervising a team).
• Customer service mindset with loyalty-building ability.
• Experience in fast-paced environment with sound judgement under pressure.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and maintenance services; educate guests on vehicle care.
• Supervise daily service-floor operations and train new team members.
• Lead in delivering fast, trusted service to customers and build loyalty.
• Develop weekly work schedules ensuring coverage and labor law compliance.
• Assist with inventory and store audits; keep a clean, safe center.
