Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure service excellence. You will advise, train, and supervise hourly staff, while upholding company policies and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory support, floor operations, audits, and opening/closing the center. A path to higher leadership and a positive, safety-conscious work environment are key.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance, trends, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in building a high-performance team and training hourly employees.
• Advise, train, and supervise hourly staff and ensure policies are followed.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly work schedules for employees and manage labor laws.
• Assist with inventory processes and store audits to maintain a safe, clean center.
• Open and close the service center, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Lead and train the team to optimize development and customer service excellence.
