Formación

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting.
• Customer service mindset with ability to build loyalty while following procedures.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and sound judgment under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Flexible scheduling; weekend availability likely.

Responsabilidades

• Perform car maintenance and educate guests on maintenance needs.
• Supervise daily service-center operations and train new team members.
• Build trust with guests to drive repeat business via a quick, trusted process.
• Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules with labor-law compliance.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Support store audits and uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Open and close the service center following procedures.
• Lead and train the team to maximize development.
