Responsibilities include oil changes and maintenance guidance, developing weekly schedules, managing inventory, and driving safety and cleanliness in the center.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment.
• Customer service mindset and ability to build loyalty while following procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and making sound judgments under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance, trends and improvements.
• Schedule flexibility; weekend availability likely with no late nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and maintenance services; educate guests on vehicle maintenance needs.
• Supervise daily service center operations and train new team members.
• Build loyalty by delivering excellent customer service through Valvoline's process.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly staff schedules and coverage.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and store audits for safety and cleanliness.
• Open/close the service center and enforce safety protocols.
• Lead and train the team to support development and growth.
