Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience required in retail or service.
• Customer service mindset with ability to build loyalty.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance and trends.
• Schedule flexibility; weekend availability likely, but no late nights or holidays.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance; educate guests on vehicle care.
• Supervise daily service-center operations and train new team members.
• Build customer loyalty through excellent service and efficient processes.
• Develop and maintain weekly work schedules; ensure adequate coverage and compliance with labor laws.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and ensuring product availability.
• Open/close service center and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
