• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service
• Customer service mindset with loyalty-building ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance, trends, and identify areas for improvement
• Schedule flexibility (weekend availability likely)
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and educate guests on vehicle maintenance requirements and ensure services are reviewed
• Supervise daily service center operations and train new team members
• Build trust and win repeat customers by delivering excellent service
