LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support daily operations, team development, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

The role focuses on leading hourly staff, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining a welcoming, high-performance service center while upholding safety standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English.

Role: Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) responsible for supporting the Service Center Manager in daily operations, team development, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise hourly team members, ensuring a high-performance, diverse, and welcoming workplace.
• Perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance services, assisting with inventory, labor, and financial oversight.
• Provide excellent guest experiences through friendly interactions, building trust and loyalty.
• Train, mentor, and support team development to optimize performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service center, adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum six months of supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of cash handling, safety, and facility control policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Full mobility, including twisting, stooping, and bending.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English.
