Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales-driven team and delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers strong base pay with commission and bonus potential, ongoing paid training, and clear pathways to manage your own location.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and My Wireless standards.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist with development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities.
