My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and AT&T solutions. You will drive sales, manage operations, and help develop staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include management experience in retail, strong communication, flexibility in hours, and a track record of meeting performance standards.

• Management experience in retail or related field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities
