Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support day-to-day operations, coaching, and customer-focused sales in a fast-paced AT&T National Retailer environment. You will help lead a team, meet performance targets, and ensure excellent service while driving store initiatives and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or wireless industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
