Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead a team and drive customer-centric sales of AT&T products and services. You will support the Retail Store Manager in coaching, performance planning, staffing, and maintaining a high-energy store environment.

There is a strong base pay plus commission/bonus structure, ongoing paid training, and clear pathways to manage your own location.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is required.
• Management experience in a similar field is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual ability is a plus depending on location.
• Retail or telecom experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Develop and train team members under the Store Manager.
• Help customers make buying decisions with outstanding service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top Store Manager for future opportunities.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Collaborate with teammates to exceed individual and group goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities.
