My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support coaching and leading the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and AT&T solutions. The role offers strong base pay, commission/bonus, paid training, and growth opportunities across locations.

You will assist in operations, staffing, inventory, and training while helping customers make informed buying decisions.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day.
