Job summary

My Wireless, AT&Ts authorized national retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a high-performing team and delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead sales initiatives, assist with staffing, training, and store operations while driving customer satisfaction and revenue in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a diverse team, participate in marketing activities, and have opportunities for advancement as the company grows

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required)
• Retail or customer-facing sales environment experience (Required)
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual preferred depending on location (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales in telecommunications (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day
