My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll drive sales initiatives, maintain store operations, and help develop team members for future leadership opportunities.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions/bonuses, paid training, and career growth in a fast-paced environment across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail environment or similar field is required.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to motivate and coach to results; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual abilities preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities
