My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering AT&T solutions to customers. You will drive sales, assist with daily operations, and develop staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in a similar field, preferably wireless.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Develop and train team members for sales excellence.
